Do you think that, because I am poor, obscure, plain, and little, I am soulless and heartless? You think

 Evidence Based Therapies

From every corner of the world it seems, people tout the benefits of therapy. Great therapy appears to be the combination of the rapport cultivated with clients and fidelity to the evidenced based practices that are utilized. Great clinicians know that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for best practices and happy outcomes. At Compassion Centered Therapy for Women, the kind of treatment used is up to the client, using a collaborative approach.
